Consequence to the conversation last night between JJ and dad about the shortage of manning at sites, JJ somehow (thought) that I was talking about the shortage of employees at the office. So he produced the plan for me in order to help run the company smoothly. Here it is. He only asked for a few spelling to complete his passage--signing, salary, and company.

Use 3 notebooks 1 for signing when the employees come to work or when he starts working Notebook number2 is use to make a note whenever an employee didn’t come to work you should ask your employees weather they saw him some ware if no one saw him the leader of the company will sign that he is not coming to work he will lost his one day Salary Until he comes to work.
Notebook3 use when the employee that is not getting to work he will sign and write why he didn’t come to work
